According to Discogs, the Benn-X Inspirations are related to the group who recorded for Wand and are the same group as the Rotations who recorded for Frantic.

Delta #'s for the boot are 99528 and 99528-X which places it from April/ May 1976.

That could explain the missing release # between "Shotgun Wedding" Blackhawk #12101 and "Dance Girl" - Blackhawk #12103.
