Pontins Main Booking Office (open 9.00am - 6.00.pm) Tel: 0333 3238 733 (premium rate 13p per min)

 Quote SOULWX as the event reference. Just pay your deposit to lock in the early bird price .

Early bird price is £170 per person this price is valid until 31st July 2024 .( £20 deposit per booking ) 

After that date the price per person is £185 .

The balance is due 2 months prior to event commencement.

Check out is on Monday morning after breakfast.

There is a retailers area open during the day and evening over the weekend .

There is also a record dealers area .

 

Music from 12 Midday until 1.00 am Friday and Saturday, Sunday - Music from 12 Midday until 12 Midnight.

    I would just like to thank the Soul on Wax team for putting on another wonderful event. I know I was one of the Dj's privileged to play at the event but feel that a viewpoint from all angles is good when looking at reviews. The overall value of the weekender I feel is great as all the boxes are ticked, also there is a swimming pool etc that I did not manage to visit but heard was superb in this hot weather!

    I feel the cross section of rooms enabled everyone to listen to the music we all love and the choice of Dj's (not me obviously!) had been well thought out and complimented all the rooms. I heard records that I can only dream of owning and also many I didn't know, especially in the rare / underplayed room.

    To add to this Bruno Jerez added another quality from the European Soul Scene, a great choice by the promoters. Many people will be aware of his great tunes, however this was the first time I had heard some of his great tunes, one by Houston Miles, I thought I would love to own, only to find that it would be impossible to find!

    The event is a great meeting place for us all in the South West and it gives us a chance to hear Dj's we do not always see in this part of the world. Also it is great to see so many great dancers. I met so many good friends, which means so much the older I get and it was good to see so many happy smiling faces. I am so lucky to be part of this scene, for so many years.

    With all this I managed to get some tunes off the record dealers present and with the others sellers there, gave people the chance to buy.

    Another one for the memory bank and I will look forward to next year's event that has some great Dj's planned from this wonderful scene we all love.

    As an attendee for the 3rd year my mark has gone back down to a 3 from a 4 ( that I gave last year as an improvement) a few different DJs from last year but not an improvement, seemed to be local club DJs , Bruno,s set was a stand out , not really the progression I was expecting and felt quite embarrassed after inviting so many friends to travel down with me ,
