THERE'S BEEN A SLIGHT CHANGE OF PLAN FOR OUR NEXT EVENT AT THE HAROLD CLUB!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our Soul Brew regulars - plus lots of new faces too - thoroughly enjoyed the last 1960s Mod night that we did at The Harold Club in April & all were left wanting more, so we promised that we would have more Mod Nights planned for the future. Well - here's the next one! Our Guest DJ IAN SMITH will be joining the regular Soul Brew DJs to spin lots of old 1960s soul tunes on the decks at the Harold. It'll take me right back to the days of my misspent teenage years in the hallowed ground of The Twisted Wheel again - bring it on guys! wink🎧 💃 🕺

The Harold's got it all - a warm welcome & fab, friendly atmosphere; great sound system with request-friendly DJs - if they've got it with them, they'll play it for you!  There's a top-notch dance floor with absolutely no need at all for talc; bar prices at WMC rates; large car park & good transport links. It's situated on the main road, with easy access from Chain Bar Roundabout, regular busses from Bradford, Brighouse, Leeds & Huddersfield & it's also close to Low Moor train station. There's even a nice hotel (The Guide Post) less than 10 mins walk away for those who fancy making a weekend of it! 🙂

We tend to limit numbers at The Harold to 120 max in order to make sure everyone has a seat & also a space on a not-too-crowded dance floor, so please be early to avoid disappointment.

    Well what can I say? Our first 60s Mod night at The Harold in April was such a massive success & it left a lot to live up to, but last night certainly didn't disappoint! It was obvious from the get-go that we were in for a very busy night, as we already had quite a few people in well before the doors officially opened at 8pm & the atmosphere was buzzing right from the start!

    We had lots of great feedback from around the room - everyone said they'd had a really good night - that The Harold has a super-friendly feel to it & all said the music was absolutely spot-on.thumbup

    Thanks to Soul brew DJs Marc, Stuart & Steve - plus our guest DJ from Harrogate Soul Lounge, Ian Smith - you kept the dance floor was busy all night so well done guys - you smashed it! The bar staff too were brilliant as ever - rushed off their feet but always helpful & with a smile for everyone. 👏

    Last but by no means least - thanks to all those who come to support us - you're all very much appreciated!❤️

    The Harold Club management are so pleased with how the 60s nights are going that they are really keen for us to do more of them........so.........watch this space folks! wink

    What a brilliant turnout despite the heat!

    Music was authentic and all DJs played fantastic sets. The dancefloor was full of happy smiling people and the music brought back many happy memories of my Mod days.
