dont expect everyone to get on but seems been last couple of days getting a few personal issues spilling over

Quite right, Mike.

It's like a f**king school (infants) playground on here at times.

Anybody casually looking in wouldn't believe it's (mostly) middle aged men (and woman) acting like 4 year olds.
