Dunno, at Cleethorpes everyone and their dog seemed to have stock copies...... Can't remember seeing a promo at the time.

I don't think there's any difference between them - over the years I've seen roughly the same amount of each

Funny here in the north west we all had demo copies.

I didn't see a stock copy till the 90s.
