Just looking for something on Amazon for the missus birthday, & stumbled across what looks like vinyl versions of Goldmine 'R&B meets northern soul'.

There is no track listing, but the artists on the cover look the same. The one they have available (vol.1) is quite expensive so wonder if they are overseas issues, as it doesn't look like a goldmine logo.

Can anybody confirm anything about them? Better get back to looking for a pressie that might be appreciated.

Issued on a label called VOR (Vinyl Only Records).

I have no idea where they come from or their legality.

There are copies of "Vol. 1" on eBay for about £10 each.

VOR records is part of german based Moskito mailorder, all releases are fully licensed from Goldmine UK. They started approx 15 years ago issueing deleted Goldmine comps on vinyl.
