You'll never stop learning! I always thought it was demo only and the last release before label went bust. What's on the issue's flipside? Same as on the italian release?

I think so, but it's ten years since I had them. Found them, about 10 copies in the back of Famous Coachmans record store in Detroit, along with lots of Beloyd issues.
