Just checking...the genuine WD's are stereo/mono, whilst the bootleg is mono both sides, correct?

Dave,

I asked the same question on here a few years ago and that's what I was told thumbsup.gif .

Cheers,

John

To me its an oldie that never dates no matter how often its played because of its funky edge feel!thumbsup.gif

i wish they would play oldies like this at oldie do`s instead of the same old same old. sound quality is a little low on the stock copy probably why they withdrew it

Here she is in all her glory...do we know anything about the group?

This copy plays loud and proud and in stereo...on one side only, mind!

I seem to recall that they were an outgrowth of the Soulville All Stars, Dave. Not swearing to that, 'cos I can't currently lay my hands on my 'Best Of Soulville' CD to verify, or otherwise.

But it doesn't sound like something I dreamed. And there's definitely a Pittsburgh connection in there somewhere...

If memory serves me right the stock copies speeded up in the first few seconds thats why they were withdrawn?
