Could anyone give any information on padded cell -mr misery,thing is I have seen it also by Robbie Lawson which came first? and also a current price please. I have searched through SS but can't find a previous post,but sure there was one on this subject. I have this by padded cell on Toddlin Town,but it's put doubt in my mind,as to the real one. ATB Gigs

Note the version Pat originally played as 'Robbie Lawson' was from an acetate, and is actually a different take to the Padded Cell 45.

As Dave says Pat had the original acetate at Stafford and called it Robbie Lawson ... the acetate has a blank label with the title 'Mister Misery' written on by hand.

The only difference I can tell is that the acetate has a countdown intro and has no strings ... when it was issued, as Padded Cell, Larry Nestor added strings

The lead singer on the record is a guy called Marv Jonesi. I sent him a CD of the tracks a few years ago when Larry put us in touch.

I still have the original acetate somewhere.
