September 21, 200519 yr It's a guy called Don Imus who was probably America's first "shock jock". He's been broadcasting in New York for more years than anyone can remember. You'll still hear him all over the States as his shows are syndicated by NBC. No doubt he's available via the net too. Although not as wild as Howard Stern, he is known for being pretty sexist, racist etc. That clip probably comes from a "best of" compliation.
