Shame the 1st press of Ann D'Andrea doesn't feature the instrumental only found on the reissue.

That backing track rocks!

:D

Here's one that I'm surprised hasn't received more scene spins given the Funky edge feel to it, well in vogue nowadays!

Plus it has a heavy bassline and wailing harmonica...gritty...love it!

Looking at the credits MAC and Ed Thomas leads me to think that this could possibly be Dorothy Moore (aka Cambridge)?

:D

I once had the pleasure of listening to some tapes of Jamie/Guyden recordings...lots of alternate takes/mixes etc. There was also one uptempo Motown-ish instrumental that I could never pin point down...maybe unissued was the comment. Then, many years later I found myself in a little shop in deepest Tokyo and I played an oddball Jamie label 45 from an artist I'd never come across...and lo and behold it was the very same instrumental!

I'll try and load a soundfile later this week, time permitting...feel free to guess what it may be...very obscure!!
