Hi Guys and Girls. Can anybody help please? Re Beres Hammond LP including Do this world a favour.Was big for Sam around 10/12 years ago was rare.I think I have seen it for £150 fairly recently BUT stand to be corrected. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

The original album with "Do this world a favour" is on a late 70's Jamaican album. The one you mention is from the mid 90's. I don't know the current price but £150 sounds expensive, the highest i've seen it listed was around the £40 mark.

Rocky One is a late reissue, shouldn't be going for very much at all unless the ethic of playing originals doesn't count any more? lol

Seriously though, that reissue is not rare at all i've had at least 10 sealed copies go through my hands over the last few years and i'm not even actively looking for it.

Wel it's not strictly a reissue as the LPs don't contain the same tracks. Strangely enough, the "Just a man" LP has sold on evilbay a few times at less than $100 lately.

So what's the next big modern soul track from a reggae LP going to be Paul?
