Second go at this, something odd happened first go . . .

I stumbled upon an ebay auction for She'll Come Running Back on a Blue and Yellow FIP label. It was listed as an original. I was under the impression that was a 2nd issue at most. Anyone shed any light? Can't seem to find the listing now.

Original is a tint towards orange and the dead wax, stamped matrix looky real to me. Boot has a white edge to the label and no stamped matrix, original is styrene.

  • Excellent way to tell the difference. ALL the boots have the white edging (rim) around the outside of the label, and a less orangish tint in the yellow. It's easy to spot the difference

Ah, makes sense now. Always assumed mine was a boot. Any defining features to the original?

The 1st boot is also Styrene and has a stamped matrix, although this a bit out of line.

The 70s styrene boot has a stamped ZTSC matrix.....the matrix on the original is upside down!
