been saying this for a fair while now

if you have got any event news or similar that is worthwhile etc then the best bet is to use the news/articles feature submission

by using that the following things happen

1. the event news gets posted both frontpage news and in the aats forum

2. the site can allow event news to be featured on the aats forum without it being overrun with similar

don't enjoy doing this but it has been proven time and time again

that if we do allow event posts in aats forum unchecked it quickly gets swamped by other event posts

so sorry but have no choice but to lock this
