I wondered if someone could tell me which came first of these labels, also what is the going price please?

(the second and third are demo and issue of the same label version)

As with a few Liberty distributed things, there's another one w/d same style as 2/3 which says "Audition Copy" rather than DJ... so I would have thought version 2/3 could be first. Or it could be a case of someone at a different pressing plant getting fancy with the label as there's also a white/black demo of the top design.
