Not available credited to jimmy Castor according to guide... link Can assure you it is available vredited to Castor..I don't know why he's not listed it, maybe he's not had a copy through his hands, maybe Castor copies are rarer Bought mine when it was still covered up, Ritcie Adams if I remember rightly
