Need (new) plain 8 and 10 inch card sleeves and paper sleeves for some acetates. For the paper inserts, ideally heavy duty type (like the old transco ones). Are there any UK suppliers?

Cheers Mark

  • Covers33 do ten inch sleeves.

  • Other option is to use old 78 covers. Junk shops & car boots are overflowing with them. Got a couple of 10" acetates tucked away in House record picture covers as well & do the job perfe

Cheers Chalky, 'Covers 33' do 10" paper and card sleeves and 10" flight cases. Sorted!

Can't help with new inners Mark I'm afraid, would like some myself if anyone knows where to get em.

For 'outsize' acetates I use LP inners and mailers, cut to size across top and down one side and then re-tape em into an envelope / sleeve. Couple of packers cut to size popped in for good measure and jobs a good un. Bit crude but it keeps em safe.

Enjoyed the book mate :hatsoff2:

Cheers Phil, and thanks for buying the book!

Regarding the Blue Peter / origami approach to sleeves - I do pretty much the same thing as you at present. Would be nice if there was something purpose made. Anybody?
