I found this fairly hard to find - but try Flanny on here. A brilliant but rarely heard instrumental. Nice funk instro flip too.

Hurting Thing.

People often get that title wrong. Comes from when it came out on a Soul Supply LP and that's what they printed the title as.

A lot of simiarities between the backing on 'Lucky Me' and 'MMLAHT'......

Was the Zeke & The Soul Setters ever released with a 'proper' label. I've seen it only a couple of times as a white label with hand writing. 

Cant remember the label but seem to recall it was light blue ! and yer right Pete its hurting thing think its the fact that ive got the said lp which is why its filed in my head as hurrying lol, and yes ive heard said many times that lucky me is very similiar but to be honest nice as it is it cant live with W.C

He always said to me Flanny if you ever sell this please sell it back to me sadly i never seen him due to lots of reasons I've seen more Of William Cummings than I've seen of Zeke . Charlie I hope you find one pretty soon

Yes it had a proper release

Hitbound is the release label, it's cream coloured. Check Manships Rarest of The Rare for a pic....

 

It's actually a touch longer than the Bang Bang release too.
