This is yet another record seller who turns out to be a thief.

Having recently purchased this copy of Justin - What Can I Do - from this person on May 25th through good old eBay, I am now faced with the only conclusion that the seller, above, either never had the record, or simply had no intention of sending it out to the so called winner (myself). Her only action to date is to take the payment (£68.65).

Her ID with eBay - angeloppy - is now unregistered.

Enquirys initially prompted a response to the effect that the record would be despatched immediately - that was June 7th. - recent emails receive no reply, and of course, no record has arrived.

Looking further into the listing, there was a sound clip download from a managed webpage - There are new clips and images there now, so if you see records for sale like .... Deadbeats / Gambrells / Jaquars / Linda Jones / Rufus Lumley LP / Mickey Laney / Sir Guy Armond / Eldridge Holmes / Dixie Cups .... and a few others, then BEWARE.

Although the eBay ID is now obsolete, I'm sure she's ready for a new start with a new ID on either eBay or someplace else.

This person may send you your record, she may not. There was no hesitation to steal a mere £68.00, the value of the Deadbeats, for example, would be infinately more. If you bought and paid for it, would you actually get it - possibly ..

Mick, seller sold a Subaru earlyer this year, there's a mobly number on item, ya cud always give 'em a bell! . maybe theres a reasonable explanation. plus now they've sold the Impreza, they should be easier to catch!

....... btw Deadbeats went for over 400 earlyer in month!

hi all,sixtify is right to mention me on soul source about the confusion with myself and ebay,i do sell on ebay and i have recently had my account froze,i am in the process of having it lifted,but let me say,when you have to deal with ebay,it takes at least 48 hours a time to do anything,all the records that were bought from me prior to this have been sent recorded delivery,unfortunatly sixtify didnt recieve his,because with the confusion and worry ebay has cause me i forgot to send it,but im glad to say he has recieved it now,i have also emailed sixtify to offer my apologies which i hope he will except,to all that know me on the soul scene i think im safe to say that i am honest and i do sell good cheap records and send them reliably,as for the items i sell on here,to prove my honesty,i am more than happy to send the records BEFORE payment,and if you dont want them send them back,i sold OTIS LEE last week on ebay,and many others and they were made up with there purhases,i hope this explanation offers to sixtify and all,that i am genuine...thanks for reading!!!

All sorted - the explaination offered, profound appologies and the free record offered do now make me realise there was no funny business going on, so any suspicions, accusations I made are now retracted - If you're out there Mr M, a big thanks for helping me out with this.
