Topics - Tears Tell The Story

I was listening to a cd the other day with a few unreleased cuts. The Topics - Tears tell the story seems very familiar to me. Is this tune released in anyway? Is this song recorded by someone else? Been scratching my head over this one. I seem to remember that a acetate copy of this tune was sold on ebay recently. Great tune.

Unreleased and same as Bernard Williams. Came out on a cd best of Wally-O or something like. Dave Welding has the acetate.

Thanks a  lot! Been thinking a lot on this one... And the acetate on ebay was a copy of "A Nicer Girl" also featured on the cd you were talking about Chalky.
