Can anybody advise please . . .

I have sold a record on Ebay. I sent an invoice via the site in the normal way. It seems though, that the buyer can not pay for the item via Paypal, because he is in the Netherlands, and my sale settings were postage to Uk only. I have no reason to doubt his word, but don't know how to get round this problem. He's welcome to purchase the record as far as I'm concerned. Any ideas gratefully accepted.

Go onto Paypal and click the 'request money' tab - then click create invoice - you can then put in the total amount and their e-mail address etc.
