He must have loads of time on his hands, he's written War & Peace on nearly all his listings

I suppose it only needs a couple of people on a nostalgia kick doesn't it.

 

I can remember this being a bit of an iconic album cover when it came out. On display in the window of our local record shop.

 

But if you were mid-teens in the mid-60s the chance of buying a copy was very very low.

 

There would have been a few copies around at parties and youth clubs and what have you - but quite likely dropped on the floor and generally mistreated.

 

Now a chance to buy it as if it was brand new from the shop. And there will be some out there who can find £100 today easier than they could have found the thirty five shillings (or whatever it was) back then.

I think you're right, the condition is `as new` and if it were a dream to own it back then AND you've just received your pension lump sum, well what the hell. Will a Lambretta be next on the shopping list?
