Soulful Kinda Music shows it as coming out twice on Chi-Sound. I've a feeling it might have got a UK release as well, unless I'm confusing it with The Chi-Lites?

No idea on a price though. 

It's on Discogs as the flip side to "Sorry" - TC 2418 but no sales info though.
