There is a large record shop in Kruibeke called Keep On Rockin', he has a lot of stuff but is expensive.

There's a record store in Brussels not far from the Mannekin Pis, owned by the chap who booted Sam Fletcher, has lots of boxes to look through if you ask him nicely.

The small record fairs they have can be either useless or you can get some good finds. Here's a couple of sites that advertise them.
