The info is below, if anyone has any suggestions or  indeed wishes to start a club, then either post below or pm me

Nothing to be seen yet, just for info/suggections
 

Could be a useful addition, guess the trick is going to be using it the best way

Soul Source Clubs feature

 

Let users create their own sub-communities within your site, complete with forums, galleries and more - ideal for departmental groups, interest-based communities... or when your product team is working on something 

 

 

Public, Private, Open, Closed

Clubs can choose an appropriate club type to determine how much they share with the wider community.

Full Control

Club moderators can be granted full control over their clubs, and approve join requests or invite new members to the club.

Integrated With The Community

Club content is fully integrated into the community - content will appear in users' activity streams, search results, and users get notifications.

Customization Options

Leaders can customize their club with a photo, banner image, and add new content areas when needed.

Clubs are areas created by members and can contain Forums, Guides, Gallery Categories, Video Categories and Classifieds Categories.

Club Owners can make their Clubs public or require members to join before they can see and participate in them. 

Club Owners can also make other members co-leaders of the club or moderators.

its the 'current affairs' one huh!

its a private one but open to all to join

feature page can be seen here - you need to join to view how it all functions

 

link now shows in the top menu and is posted below

For anyone interested, my thinking is that European soul events have quite a low profile on Soul Source - yet there are plenty of them on the continent. So the club is a place for members who are going, or are interesting in going, to these events, whether they be soul nights or full-blown weekenders. At the same time, people involved in running European events can let members know what they have planned and what visitors can expect. The more info shared, the more useful it'll be to everyone.
