Mike Vickers Orchestra. There was also a version by Sounds Incorporated, or so I remember, and I think both were on Columbia. It was the theme from either a) a 60s British TV series or cool.gif a 60s British film - I think the former.

I'm not aware of any US release but I've been wrong before.

This Was Used As The Music For A Police Type Programme (Simlar To Z Cars ) But The Pilot Episode Was Only Showed On British TV.

The Best Instrumental Dicovery Of The 80's (By Guy Hennigan) ,It Was Picked Up By The Scooter Scene ,Pressed Up And In My Opinion Devalued.

'On the Brink' by Sounds Incorporated got a US release. I believe it was on Imperial.

Not sure about the Mike Vickers & Orchestra 45.
