Does anyone know how you tell the difference between an original of this record from 1982 and the Italian re-issue from 2016?

Reissue is the bold print - namely the first scan 

First or second it's a great tune!! 

There's also a lookalike boot of the original design. 

Wasn’t there a reissue in the late 80s / very early 90s? I picked a copy up about then that looked like the first scan ie the pink / red bold letter one . So was the reference to the 2016 reissue regarding the look a likely one?
