When he was asked what he disliked about the world , he said ' racism ' ; to which he added something along the lines of ' it all would be better if we had been invaded by aliens from the planet zargrog , and we would all have to get together as one and fight them ' . The poor lass interviewing him just stared in disbelief ....... Stands alongside the Cantona and the seagulls comment . January 7, 200718 yr comes across loud & clear to me. the only problem is that once the zargrogians have been defeated, there's no guarantee that that unity will prevail. I'm sure that the zargrogians are no worse than the third reich or the japanese imperial army though. does the enemy have to come from without? smokey always speaks sense. that's why he's smokey robinson. america's greatest poet.
