These comps are as far as I know put out for the US Bay Area lowrider/cruising scene. Loads of them about. Absolutely tasteless and utterly awful sleeve "design" on most of them. Good material on the CDs though.

OK for a Heavy Metal compilation. Otherwise C-R-A-P design! :shades:
