I don't know for certain, but my gut feeling is that it is very rare.

Licensed by President Records doesn't give too much of a clue as to the year

as President had this on their catalogue for a number of years.

There are two releases on President the original with anti slip centre and the later 70's.

Look after it mate, I've never ever seen one before, but it looks fantastic.
