Ok folks, so are there any?

I know that Norway isn't in EU, but there's some special relation between the two.

Can German folks please help me out here, as i would like to import used 45's boxset from Norway to Germany

Norway is part of the European Economic Area (EEA) and as such trades on the same terms as EU member states. That means no import duties if you ship to Germany.

Finland is a member of the EU. According to the Finnish customs website, purchases from Norway are subject to declaration and VAT:

The link provided by Russ includes item 5:

"The EEA Agreement does not cover the EU common agriculture and fisheries policies, the customs union, the common trade policy, the common foreign and security policy, justice and home affairs or the monetary union."

I stand corrected.

German Customs states:

Gift shipments worth not more than 45 euros which are sent by one private individual to another shall be admitted free of import duties provided that all the conditions listed in Articles 25 to 27 of Regulation (EC) No 1186/2009 are met,

Up to €150 and you will have to pay VAT and possibly handling charges - but not duty levies:

It's not made easy, is it? I followed several lines of investigation before eventually finding the Finnish customs' easy to use VAT calculator (what a great innovation!).

However, EEA membership was something I had assumed would have incorporated some of the things that apparently do not belong after all. It's a strange kind of "equal partnership in the internal market".

So it should be ok if it's bellow 45 euors, marked as a gift, from one private indiviual to another - but do shipping costs also add up?

From German Customs via the link posted earlier:

The limit of 45 euros refers to the value of the goods including any Value Added Tax (VAT), as stated on the customs declaration. It is not required to include the costs of transport or postage in such declared value.
