Please do excuse my ignorance, but what is a "Funeral Celebrant", how do you get a diploma in it, and what does a "Northern Soul themed celebration of life..." including "Sharing the wonderful experiences of the soul scene" involve?

This is completely new to me, so I'm really curious.
