Hi 

I have a NAD 3120 Amp which I bought as it has the Mono setting for playing those 45’s recorded in mono.

Can anyone recommend an amp similar and with bass adjustment ?

I did see some mention an amp but can’t find any trace on here when I search.

not looking to donate a testicle to buy one, so anything reasonably priced would be appreciated.

I bought a Technics SU-VX 500.

This has the all important mono/stereo button. 1960's records and those early  stereo recordings sound better with the mono button on.

Someone on here will say it's not true mono, but it works!

Why they don't fit Mono/Stereo buttons to ANY new amps is very frustrating! It would not take a lot to do it!

There was a thread in 2015 which I chipped in on (see below). My old NAD 3020e from 1987 is STILL going strong. It has a Mono button.

I use speakers with built in amp on my technics 1210s and they sound fine

NAD 3130, awesome amp, has everything you need.

I have a Marantz PM4400...brilliant all rounder....nicely damped controls and wide range bass and treble and a few other features...bought new in about 2004
