Can anyone tell me does the demo play a bit quieter than the issue ?

I only have the issue so never had the chance to guage sorry.

Can't say per se as I have none of the pressing variants but what is definite is that there's only one pressing plant involved for the promotional pressings but two for the stockers.

The promo copies are from the same pressing plant as this stocker variant that most likely used the same masters. Unless they wanted to 'adjust' something if they were pressed after.

But the second stocker here below is from the PL pressing plant that uses masters of their own.

This PL pressing should sound different and might have been equalized with higher gains if ever.
