Defintiely do go and see her if you have the chance!

She's still VERY energetic and has got a truly amazing voice which at times reduced me to tears.

A guy called Donny Gerrard handled some of the backing vocals... can it be THE Donny Gerrard of "He's Always Somewhere Around" fame on Greedy? :D

Sure is THE Donny Gerard Sebastian. He work with lots of artists as Backing singer including Elton John, Bob Seeger etc.

Always loved "He's Always Somewhere Around" (My old Milt Matthews C/U from the early 80's) and the LP track "Words". He even had an album out in 1999.

Would have loved to have seen Mavis.

What about "It Makes You Wanna Cry"?

Did she do that tonight?
