I've a record by Melting Pot on the UK D'art label.

It is called: girl I'm getting hip

It is a very nice piece of moody crossover, anyone knows this?

Haven't seen a copy so far, is it common or rare?

Hi Stephan myself and Mark baildon have been playing it about a year now at the greatstone. Mark got the first copy and put me onto it. I don't think its that easy to locate as Paul sadot from the D.D.A. is after a copy. Pink and white spotted label design. Great crossover bit left field for some Paul.

i got a copy after paul put me on to it, havent seen another since me & mo picked a copy up each.

great record.

Hi Stephan its a bit of a grey area trying to put a price on semi unknown records. You could ask others what they paid, i personally paid £40 for mine. What did you pay for yours Paul.

think we got ours for round about £25 a copy, cant remember exactly, was a long time ago. nice record.

hi stephan i manage to get mine for £7.00 of gemm but have not found another one since i told paul where there was one and he got it they must be around but it is not well known so i would say anywhere from 10 to 50 pounds just depends on how lucky you are.

Played in the back room last year,tweaked it a bit at +4 I think Nice tune that you do not see around much. . I first heard it on ebay a while back , some german guy had it up for auction starting at about $50 . So I wrote it down in my "wants" book (as you do) ,got it off GEMM for a fiver .Ta Ray
