Alan Pollard Posted October 19, 2007 Share Posted October 19, 2007 Can I draw on the wealth of knowledge on this site and ask a question about a Charles Mintz 45 called "Give the man a break" b/w "Finders Keepers", now I believe this recordcame out twice, once on the Abbott label number 2011 and also on Uplook number 12270, does anyone know which was the first release and also any idea of value. I personally have never seen the Abbott label before it says it was distributed by Golden Records, New York which I'm certain I've seen on a record before but which one I can't remember. He is working on a couple of new tracks at the moment that should be out in europe next year, through a deal with a label in Germany. The Up Look release made some small waves when it's came out. Was then leased to Abbott which saw some potential in the track, as they had a national distribution deal.
