January 17, 200817 yr If it's Pop Brittania that we're talking about - I have to say this is one of the best documentary series on British pop that I've ever seen. Very, very in depth and extremely enjoyable.

Very, very in depth and extremely enjoyable. No Pete its Pop on trial with Stuart Marconie. Guets were Eddie P, Tony Blackburn & Neil Innes (Bonzo Dog..) nice clips but felt they were mostly making it up as they went along.
January 17, 200817 yr I really enjoyed the whole series including last night.Its been on for last week or so i believe. Was it me or did Stuart Maconie look like he was wearing too much make up & what had he done with his hair? Dave.
January 18, 200817 yr I thought it was okay , as with most things beeb it was tailored to a certain demographic but still had some good content and visuals. I missed the opening part but was Joe Meek's influence recognised ?
