whats the point in reporting them...ebay dont give a toss, and if you do succeed in getting them thrown off ebay, they only come back on with another account

Somebody reported me for selling old (1970s boots) and i got all of my auctions stopped, including originals....

In fairness, the seller states that it's not an original...

On this occasion they have stated reissue, I got a record the other day, paid a bit for it and its a fake.

looked ok until it came in the post then the lazar copied label showed its true colours.

It is against the rules of ebay to sell as said before counterfeits.
