June 18, 200817 yr mucker got picked for dancing along with others for a show called "saturday banana" (which sure was a kids morning tv thing ) around that time if remember correctly what he said happened , he/they went to the studios but when they got there, the unions wouldnt allow "recorded music" it had to be "live" so the whole thing got sacked mike
June 18, 200817 yr mucker got picked for dancing along with others for a show called "saturday banana" (which sure was a kids morning tv thing ) around that time if remember correctly what he said happened , he/they went to the studios but when they got there, the unions wouldnt allow "recorded music" it had to be "live" so the whole thing got sacked mike hi mike i have pm you yes it was called st/banana....we were all gonna dance to interplay...derek and ray... for legal reason they could not play the record,we danced to some live music which was,nt northern but it did have a good dance feel to it... the night before the show,we hit the pubs in southampton...pissed up to the hilt,the up again at seven to get to the studio,we were rough as a badgers ar...s after the show we were driven to the station and back upto wigan for the niter..i was shatterd around four a.m. i went to catch the train back to carlisle with ian from carlisle....what happend ....we bloody fell asleep on the train and woke up in bloody glasgow.....hey happy times and good friends.... best kev
June 18, 200817 yr Sadly I don't have that footage Kev - bloomin shame though! thanks steve as i said i have contacted the tv studio but they said a lot of old footage was destroyed when they got more tech/advanced... thanks again steve best kev.
