Posted April 12, 200520 yr 'Got to Love' off the Anchor album. Have been playing & liking this a little too much lately. Is there anywhere where lovers of mid seventies white soft rock pap can obtain free confidential counselling or advice. Regards Jim.
April 12, 200520 yr How strange... picked up a copy of the LP here in my hometown in Sweden yesterday for about £0.15. I like that tune as well. Nice with a brass-heavy boogie kinda feeling and then there's that dreadful/brilliant guitar solo right in the middle. Was also issued as an Anchor 45 by the way. Was also issued as an Anchor 45 by the way. link it doubled in price after Levine tipped it last year on ANS;) I DJ'd in support of Cado Belle and I still see drummer Davy Roy. He popped into a Tsunami fundraiser when I was playing records in between bands. Apart from Chris Andrews all of the acts were Scottish, Maramalade, Nazareth, the Blue Nile so I ttook some Scottish records to play as well The Poets, AWB and Cado Belle. Well he bought me a pint.
