Great gritty tune imo, comped on the superb Scorched Earth comp that came out a few years ago and still gets quite a few plays in the car...

we played the MFP lp constantly...around 1970...because it was really good and cheap...i seem to remember he was on the Glastonbury 72 film.....duetting with Linda Lewis.... (or was it 71?)
