As far as I can gather - and believe me I've asked around - this is an unknown and I'm only listing it cos a deal fell through at last minute a few days back.

This isn't listed in any of the guides and has all the ingredients to steal the show in an RnB room near you. Small and very obscure US indie label release from 196? (sounds like 65'ish).

It's not that bad but can't argue with you it ain't a circa £250 record based on what I've heard but perhaps it might be worth that to some keen collector of small local label obscurities?

He's not trying to scupper the sale, if someone makes big bold claims then anyone has the right to give an opinion on that.
