Thought there was an exact lookalike surface about 5 years ago and the only way to spot them was the deadwax markings?

Or am I have a 'senior moment' again?

Maybe ask Ian Levine? I was told he was responsible for the boot?

The ones that I've seen [boots] had a greeny label, and the sound quality was poor.

This is the original, and is for sale if anyone is interested.

I think you can hardly tell the difference. I sold my original to Tim Brown and got a facsimile copy to replace it, and nobody ever knew the difference.

THE ORIGINAL IS VERY LIGHT SKY BLUE. THE BOOT IS MORE A GREENISH BLUE.
