hi i jst e bayed this and got directed to a tokyo shop.

They said there version looked like the original but wasnt ,so i guess they meant it was a boot

can anyone post an original and a boot together

not sure if the 12" is booted or not. but 7" is not. attached a pic of the 7". price i'd say is about £150. tho think it's a fair bit more on jm book. class record.

the one on e bay was a white demo if i remember and a 45.

there was another going on another link in a japanese shop.but as my japanese is rank not sure if the same person,

about 150 at todays rate of the pound

Nah, loads and loads through ebay, as Galaxy says realistically around £150, £200 tops.

I bet if someone offered this at £150 they'd have their arm bit off to their shoulder by lots of peeps on here?

Price is nearer £400 imho and the 12" would be about £200+ even though that's actually rarer I think!

The 12's are often seen today, but little were sited unlike the 45 was. Always been a in - demander, which I paid £75.00 for a seven (mint +) way back in 1988, but then what do I know. .

Dave - Galaxy's scan is the US original 45 as it clearly states and your's is as you described, of which the promo and the 12 copy I have never seen copy of before.

Yes i`ve also got this on a 7" issue as well as the promo,i was saying that the 12" on the Jap site looked a bit iffy,i`ve only seen an issue of the 12",you could put a scan of your 12" up to show,cheers.

Dave, sorry, I have never owned a 12 of this record or seen one for real, but I seem to recall JM auctioning a 12 a few years ago.......anyone confirm this or assist with this.

this is what he said,

I think that it is boot.

I bought it as original in Japan.

I've paid $200...

Many boot 12" be sold as original in ebay,too...

Thats the one i was looking at cheers,so definately a boot.

crazy place Japan.they seem to pay and try to sell boots for a hell of a money,yet so far they wont pay s.... all for originals or very little,,but thats another thread
