It was The Chants I think. Definitely not The Exciters at the 4th, I'd have remembered them.

if memory serves me right, I thought tommy hunt was supposed to be on but he cancelled so on stage they had the two guys who wrote loving on the loosing side. never forget it cos the bloke next to me shouted- it wasnt that good- when they were introduced, many laughed.

Yeah ,they were crap ,everyone sat down on the floor..........The rumour was Tavares didnt turn up if I remember right

I think your right there Jules, if I remember rightly the posters said 'All the way for the USA' and the people said 'yeah right all the way from portsmouth more like' or something like that

I thought it was Junior Walker and the All Stars
