main difference is hear the "annoucement bit" in middle, its female, on dib 45 its male and done better

someone did say was a diff version around, cd only?

I'm not saying it's any good - someone gave it me on a cd and asked me to cut it on a 45 so I wondered who it was (he now says Terry Martin & The Charmers by the way)

Released 45 is Charmers on Pip... there is also an unreleased alternate version by them, mistakenly credited to Big Maybelle on the "Girls About Town" compilation. Released again on one of the "Where the Girls Are" CDs under correct artist.

Can't listen to the clip btw as at work but sounds like it is that unreleased version.

just compared both versions,

one up here sounds very basic compared to the 45

45 has a more polished/finished sorta sound to it
