My sister Anthea Daley and Rob Slater won that dance competition at the Mecca,  Wakefield. 

 Rob Slater, RIP, loved watching him dance, no one I have spoken to believed me when I told them you had to have a partner for dance comps , back in the day.  Any one remember Robs mate , Phil Holt.

yes I remember him well! I forget his girlfriend's name and recognise you from your photo. Me and my Brother Rob(r.i.p) used to go to Wakefield Tiff's(Mecca) remember The Dance team well. I think Ian Gourley has a bar or had a bar in Ibiza or Menorca called tin Pan alley. Last saw him at the Metrodome when he flew over for his Dad's funeral quite a few years ago Good times

I was in a dance team at Wakey Tiffs too, well it didn't actually take off, not sure why, but I used to dance with Marlene Salter.
