more fun! I need more fun in my life, as it gets a bit gloomy on here at times from the admin side when the negative side of trying to keep this place worthwhile and enjoyable crops up, so here's a few positive things ... News item on it all will follow Memberships Ok not so positive but needs to be said imo, we do have what I consider open and fair terms and guidelines, which have been set up and evolved over the years to help us provide to all members a worthwhile and an enjoyable place. All members by using the site do agree to accept and follow these, if you don't then action may be taken, that's the bottom line Support Feature Our inhouse support feature is no more, discard by the software firm, so instead we now have the Support forum here https://www.soul-source.co.uk/forums/forum/156-support-requests/ A forum for 'Support Requests' note members can only see their own posts and team replies to this post Support Forum A forum where users can communicate privately with our team All members can now post "Support Request/Questions" here but they can only see their own support topics eg member one posts a question on 'how to use the pms', only they can see their topic and any replies to the topic by the team That's about it, a quick update more to revive this topic, best intentions and all that, as always thanks to all members and fellow team members for making soul source what it is atb mike -

Ok the prep for the major upgrade goes on On Thursday morning all accounts will be logged out of the site and all members will have to login in with their account email This is being done now as if anyone has problems now, then they can be resolved before the upgrade! If we did wait till after the upgrade, then members access to their accounts could be lost forever, without a working password and/or working email

@Kenb as always any feedback both appreciated and helpful We are talking 2 main auction results being posted as discussion topics in the discussion forums Which should work out one jm topic per week and one aa topic every 2 weeks yep? At the moment we are getting some duplication on the aa results being posted twice which will later message both members to try and resolve That would then mean we be getting approx 3 auction topics every 2 weeks, which I would say balance wise is ok?
