your best bet might be a car boot sale ( i think they call them flea markets ) record shops will have been cleaned out by now .....or look out for garage sales on a saturday or sunday as you drive around ....dont think the family will be to happy looking for records when you could be spending that money at DISNEY,SEA WORLD ,UNIVERSAL.....have a good time say hi to mickey for me

its with a sad heart i have to inform fellow soul source friends of the sad death of DAVE POINTON from MACCLESFIELD today...he was out walking with GLEN HUNTER (brian horton on soul source) and dropped dead,at the age of 53...i met dave on the last SOUL TRIP to CHICAGO and what a great bloke, such a dry sense of humour and so friendly, after a week of being in DAVES company felt like i had known him all my life...... so raise a glass to one of the nicest blokes i have EVER met.... R.I.P. DAVE.. GONE BUT WONT BE FORGOTTEN .. so any good memories of dave... please add them ..picture of DAVE (2nd right) on the CHICAGO SOUL TRIP....

The Culture Show --Motown Special BBC2 sees a night for Motown fans which starts at 7-15 followed by a documentary on the Rise and Fall of Detroit music at 8pm on saturday 13 march followed by Motor Citys Burning--Detroit From Motown to the Stooges...at 10.40pm...looks like Rise and Fall of Detroit is a new programme....looks like a good night on the box

in events there is a soul night advertised on every date in MARCH,APRIL,MAY and JUNE for the same event which is on a friday..... not mine by the way...now IS it over the top, what do you think..........check events

could not make it last night but a couple of friends went they had a great time,but having heard that it was a sellout decided to sell their spare tickets outside for the same price they just wanted their money back (both girlfriends could not make it).........2 x £57 tickets sold for £20 the touts had 100s of them................expensive night out or what
